Before every wedding, we create a custom floral sketch based on the couple’s venue, budget, preferred colours, and overall style.

It’s more than just a drawing, it’s an important part of our design process and how we communicate every detail with our couples. We carefully plan the proportions, colour palette, floral structure, and overall atmosphere before bringing everything to life.

Most importantly, it gives our couples peace of mind. Our goal is to recreate the design as faithfully as possible, so what you see in the sketch is what you’ll experience on your wedding day.

To us, wedding florals are never about improvising on the day. They’re about thoughtful planning, careful design, and making sure every detail is ready before the celebration begins.

This wedding was designed around our couple’s vision.

Instead of a traditional floral arch, we created a space where they were completely surrounded by flowers.

Flowers grew naturally from the ground and flowed through the space, making it feel like stepping into a blooming garden. Every angle offered a different view, bringing a sense of movement, openness, and nature.

That’s always been our favorite way to design—not just creating a backdrop, but creating a garden that people can truly step into.

Creating tropical-inspired floral designs in Singapore feels completely natural. 🌱

The sunlight, humidity, and lush plant life here provide the perfect backdrop for this style of design.

For this installation, we used woven foliage as the main structural element, allowing the foliage to become more than just a supporting material, it becomes the visual framework of the piece. Birds of Paradise, heliconias, and tropical foliage are layered throughout, preserving their natural upward growth and creating a stronger sense of place.

Rather than creating a tropical setting, we aim to let the floral design respond to its environment.

Because a truly Singaporean tropical aesthetic is not about recreating a rainforest.🌞🌞🌞

Floral arrangement is never just about flowers. 🌿

For this piece, I used foliage as the main structural framework first, building the lines, movement, space, and natural growing feeling before adding in the flowers.

Then slowly layered orchids into the greens, like little highlights growing naturally within the composition.

Foliage, structure, negative space, texture, and airiness — these are the details that truly bring a piece to life.

Sometimes, what touches people the most isn’t the flowers themselves, but the feeling the whole composition gives.

Day 5 of our Korea floral study trip — and also the final day of this beautiful journey. 🌿

We met @aullingatelier again in Gumi for a stunning candle stand floral design class.
From color combinations and flower selection to techniques and structure, the lesson was filled with so much valuable knowledge and detail.

Following the her color palette and guidance, everyone created such beautiful pieces.
When all the works were placed together, it truly felt like a visual feast, everyone couldn’t stop admiring them.

Day 2 of our Korean floral study trip 🇰🇷
@duodesfleurs_kr floral installation wall truly amazed us once again.

So many flowers, yet nothing felt messy.
Every bloom had its own place — the layers, lines, and sense of space were just perfect.
The piece felt airy, full of depth, and standing in front of it, you could truly feel its vitality.

Everyone couldn’t stop admiring it and taking photos 🤣
Teacher also thoughtfully prepared delicious food and drinks for us, which made the whole day even more special.

The basket arrangement demonstration also taught us so much.
Every time I come to Korea, my perspective is opened all over again.

This time,
I didn’t start with flowers.
